Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CB ROSS COST CONSULTING INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare and present cost reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
