Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Dynamic Contracting Solutions Inc. as a Construction Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons and performing various tasks at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
    • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal
    • Assist in demolishing buildings and structures.
    • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Support Services
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
    • Perform routine maintenance work.
    • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
  • Team Support
    • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
    • Assist skilled tradespersons with their tasks.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
    • Experience
      • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
    • Language
      • English is the primary language of communication.
    • Work Environment
      • 44 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
