Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Ms. H Studio is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Develop Policies: Collaborate with our team to develop policies and procedures that align with our marketing goals.
  • Prepare Written Material: Create high-quality written content, such as reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Publicize Activities: Promote our events, workshops, and meetings to raise awareness and drive engagement.
  • Conduct Surveys: Analyze data on consumer behavior and preferences to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies to our clients.
  • Assist in Brochure Preparation: Help create engaging brochures, reports, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions to drive engagement and sales.
  • Conduct Public Opinion Surveys: Gather insights on public opinion and attitudes to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Gather Communications Material: Research and prepare communications materials to support our marketing efforts.
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Analyze data to inform our marketing strategies and optimize our campaigns.
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires: Create effective questionnaires to gather insights from our target audience.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Manage and maintain our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support and guidance to our clients to ensure their marketing needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
