About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Tasneem Zahir. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Administer medications, as prescribed by clients' healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (note: this is not a condition of employment).
  • Ability to work in employer's/client's home.
Work Environment

Our clients require care and support in their own homes, and as a Home Health Care Worker, you will be working in a variety of settings, including private homes and residential care facilities.
