Job Overview: As a Funding Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial Mortgage team. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting and verifying static data in our system, calculating and processing advances, and responding to client requests. You will also maintain digital filing records, assist with departmental reporting, and function as the primary contact for solicitors and insurance consultants.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing mortgage postings, cheque requisitions, PACs, and other loan transactions. You will consult with internal departments, respond to requests for post-closing, and make recommendations to eliminate and automate tasks for improvement to standard operating procedures. You will have a solid understanding of policies, legislation (CMHC and Fintrac), and commercial mortgage guidelines.

We offer a competitive annual salary, plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. You will also enjoy group benefits and the option to participate in our RRSP matching program. Salary for this position will vary depending on your knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
