As a key member of our web development team, you'll be responsible for supporting our various web platforms, including SEO aspects. Your expertise in website design and SEO issues, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be the expert advisor/reference person for everything related to websites/platforms at 360 Inc.
* Review escalated tickets related to websites to document and direct them to the appropriate teams.
* Coordinate problem resolution by analyzing and prioritizing tickets for our development team, ensuring product quality after deploying fixes.
* Support our installation team in implementing new web solutions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software to support it autonomously.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the website industry or equivalent experience.
* Bilingualism required (English/French).
* Very comfortable with computer tools.
