Job Summary:

The Unit Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a noisy and hot environment
  • Willingness to relocate
Work Environment:

The Unit Supervisor will work in a fast-paced food service establishment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
