Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Apex Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with consumer trends, competitor activity, and market demand, using this information to inform sales strategies and optimize store operations.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
- Store Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
