Job Title: Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at First Tek, Inc. in Kitimat Camp Accommodations. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by planning and coordinating maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
