At CAAT Pension Plan, we're a dynamic organization that's pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the pension industry. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our systems.
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in software testing to join our team as a Pension Software Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing testing plans for our pension administration and related systems.
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our developers to identify and resolve defects, design and document testing environments, and create new test cases for various pension system modifications. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our regression test bed and providing training support to staff on changes implemented in the production system.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of a College Diploma and at least 5 years of experience working with pension or benefit data. Strong comprehension of pension calculations and defined contribution or defined benefit plans is highly desirable.
