At G S Homes Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to lead our organizational efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a college diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs. Key responsibilities include:

* Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning
* Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
* Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority, and creating optimum working conditions
