Entertainment Mixologist

Cineplex is seeking a highly skilled Bartender to join our team at The Rec Room Seasons of Tuxedo in Winnipeg. As an Entertainment Mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

The successful candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to prepare cocktails and other drinks to exacting standards, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Wash glassware and utensils after each use
• Pour wine and beer
• Collect payment and operate POS system
• Serve food to guests seated at the bar
• Check identification of guests to ensure they meet age requirements
• Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol and arrange safe transportation home

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completed bartending classes preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years bartending experience
• Current provincial Smart Serve Certification considered an asset
• Knowledge of drink recipes and ability to handle large crowds

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.
