Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive development operations for Battlefield's product release and positive play teams. As a key member of our Game Ops team, you'll be accountable for delivering high-quality software releases, ensuring reliability, and providing safe and fair player experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global hiring strategies, talent management, and health initiatives to support our product release and positive play teams.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and risk intelligence to ensure timely and successful software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a clear business case for Game Ops strategic investment, aligning with Battlefield objectives.
- Lead Agile development approaches, prioritizing tasks and utilizing project management tools like Jira/JaaS, AzureDevOps, or similar.
- Significant software project management experience, preferably in live service release and product health management.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
