**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Specialist to join our team at AliExpress. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of product functions on our Taobao Canada site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Formulate and implement solutions to improve the user shopping experience on our app, focusing on pain points in product functions, logistics, transactions, payment, and supply chain management.
  • Understand the needs of local target consumers in Canada and leverage this knowledge to inform product operation strategies.
  • Identify user behaviors and problems, and develop specific product function improvement plans, including continuous optimization and iterative implementation.
  • Optimize the overall front-end product strategy and user strategy to achieve growth in user increments, experience satisfaction, and transactions, aligned with the business goals of the entire site.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 4+ years of customer-oriented product operation experience in e-commerce business, preferably on a large-scale international e-commerce platform.
  • Strong data insight, logical and structural thinking skills, and excellent communication and expression abilities, with the capacity to formulate and implement proposals.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-team cooperation, efficiently drive project progress, and achieve results.
  • Good at innovative thinking, proactive learning, and strong self-motivation and creativity.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work across time differences between China and Canada, and occasional domestic and overseas business trips.
