Job Title: Construction Laborer - Site Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Laborer to join our team as a Site Operations Specialist. As a key member of our site crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting medical examiners on site
  • Aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Paving and raking asphalt
  • Demolishing buildings
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction laboring
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
