Material Handler

Job Summary:
Magna Exteriors is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for conducting pre-shift inspections of forklifts, loading and unloading materials, and supplying production lines with required components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts and complete safety checklists
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, or shelves
- Supply production lines with required components
- Report any defective packaging and store them in designated areas
- Remove old labels from racks/containers
- Clean up work cells when necessary
- Attend training sessions based on Mytox Internal Training Matrix
- Adhere to all Mytox safety rules and regulations
- Participate in Mytox Continuous Improvement and 5S activities
- Follow all applicable Mytox BOS procedures
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Knowledge of WHMIS/GHS
- Physically fit, ability to occasionally lift heavier boxes
- Experience in operating forklifts required
- Current valid Forklift license
- Current valid Raymond Reach license
Desirable Qualifications:
- Capability of operating overhead crane equipment
- Good organizational skills, ability to work well without supervision
