This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in various aspects of horticulture, from greenhouse maintenance to hand harvesting and equipment operation.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses, ensuring a healthy and productive growing environment
  • Hand harvest vegetables, fruits, and other crops with precision and care
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines
  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote growth and prevent disease
  • Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts to optimize plant health
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring optimal soil quality
