About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Pacific Community Builders Inc. as a key member of our construction site team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing the construction site by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assisting in Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings as required.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work on the construction site.
  • Cleanup: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on the construction site.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from the construction site.
Work Environment

The Construction Labourer will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards associated with construction sites.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The Construction Labourer must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
  • Team Player: The successful candidate must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
