We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A professional to join our Treasury team at Central 1. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to our Treasury Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance FP&A support for the Treasury Group, including actual reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with other finance teams to drive synergies and standardization of processes and outputs.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders in Treasury, gaining a deep understanding of the area and providing insightful financial analysis.
  • Act as an accounting advisor for Treasury business units, providing analysis on potential new products and services.
  • Lead the FP&A team to deliver high-quality results, highlighting key assumptions and potential risks to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business, with at least 10 years of experience in FP&A roles.
  • Professional finance and/or accounting designation, with related progressive experience in financial institutions.
  • Experience in Corporate Treasury, Global Markets, or Product Control functions, including interest rate risk management and funds transfer pricing.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • Strategic focus, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
