About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their life goals and aspirations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized support to individuals with varying needs and abilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Accompanying individuals on community outings, including volunteering, employment, and leisure activities
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and goal progression

Available Positions

We have a permanent part-time position available, working Saturday afternoons. If you are passionate about supporting others and have a strong understanding of person-centered and active support approaches, we encourage you to apply.

About You

We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to empowering adults with disabilities. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Class 5 driver's license (permanent staff must be willing to obtain a Class 4 license)
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • A clear criminal record (paid by CLS)
  • A clean driver's abstract
