Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description:

Overview: As a Master Woodworker at Victory Homes LTD., you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life. Your expertise in woodworking will be utilized to craft beautiful and functional spaces that reflect the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various settings.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in woodworking or a related field.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Ability to work on-site with no option for remote work.

Work Setting: This position requires working in various locations, including residential areas, mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.

Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate must be able to handle heavy loads, work under tight deadlines, and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Tools/Equipment: The Master Woodworker will be required to own and utilize their own tools and safety equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, hard hats, and safety glasses/goggles.
