Job Title: Front of House Supervisor
Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced supervisor to oversee the front-of-house operations at Spicy Palace. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality.

About the Role:
As a front-of-house supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences while promoting the company's brand and values. You will supervise a team of staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to excel in their roles. Your expertise will help drive sales growth, manage inventory, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift changes, and ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to support business decisions.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. They must also demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, be able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. A valid food safety certification is an asset.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position requiring 30 to 44 hours of work per week. The employee will be required to wear a uniform and follow company policies regarding dress code and personal appearance. This role involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, based on location and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
