About the Role

This challenging position requires a Registered Nurse with current CARNA registration and extensive experience in leading nursing staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing clinical support, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring residents receive high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident engagement and quality of life
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation
  • Communicate effectively with pharmacy and other stakeholders to meet medication needs
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current CARNA registration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care or similar setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
