Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a skilled Youth Programs Coordinator to develop and implement programs that promote healthy youth development. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for youth ages 9-18. Your responsibilities will include planning and leading activities, managing group dynamics, promoting positive behavior, and supporting the developmental and emotional needs of diverse participants.

Key Accountabilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate programs that align with Club policies and vision, including BGC Canada programs.
- Foster positive relationships with youth, families, and community members, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs, maintain accurate records, and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
