At Graphic Packaging International, we're committed to providing consumer packaging that makes a world of difference. As a Material Handler - Press Support, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our printing press.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Pressman in the operation of the printing press
  • Setting up the feed system
  • Assisting with plate and blanket changes
  • Ensuring press supplies are available
  • Assisting with make ready
  • Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
  • General clean up

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or acceptable experience
  • On-the-job training required and/or related experience

Skills and Physical Requirements:

  • Familiarity with company safety policies and government legislation
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Autonomous
  • Ability to adapt
  • Good communication skills
  • Good physical condition and capable of heavy lifting
