Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire High level. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
