General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at Sophia's Nails. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Plan and organize merchandise displays, manage inventory levels, and determine product offerings.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, and manage sales promotions and events.
- Staff Management: Manage and train a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Language: Fluency in English.
