Job Summary

The Key Lead is a critical role at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. responsible for driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality in-store experiences.

• Ensure store operations run effectively, including asset protection and visual displays.

• Drive sales achievement through customer experience and team performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.

• Strong customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills.
