About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at pt Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote client independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a culture of patient-centered care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Previous experience working with clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
