  4. Collaborate in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.
  5. Communicate technical direction to the business and within the customer's IT organization.
  6. Advise on systems integration, compatibility, scalability, and multiple platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Java development.
  2. Understanding of at least one programming language, such as Java, C++, or C#.
  3. Knowledge of coding, testing, and debugging applications.
  4. Understanding of SQL and application configuration, maintenance, and support.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot program errors and apply knowledge of application programming and design.
  6. General understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs.
  7. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
