Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Hukkam Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and tight deadlines.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting and carrying of tools and equipment.

  • Steel-Toed Safety Boots: Required for on-site work.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication for this role.

Work Term:

Permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
