Patient Safety Specialist

The Quality, Patient Safety, and Family Experience portfolio at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, temporary Quality and Patient Safety Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate and coordinate various patient safety and quality initiatives.
- Support the development of quality indicators and standards.
- Oversee administration of the CAMH incident reporting system.
- Utilize clinical knowledge to identify patient safety themes/trends.
This position will provide leadership in advancing the safety culture at CAMH and supporting the organization-wide patient safety program.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- Registration with a health professional regulatory college.
- Experience in patient safety, risk or quality improvement preferred.
