We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at Houle Electric Limited. As a key member of our Service group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical service and small projects for national accounts customers, from initiation to completion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a project manager who enjoys building relationships with clients and wants to take on a new challenge. You will be responsible for managing full project scope, including estimating, project planning, labour management, procurement, billing, communications, and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of electrical service and small projects for national accounts customers
- Manage full project scope, including estimating, project planning, labour management, procurement, billing, communications, and client service
- Pursue and prepare service agreement proposals for national accounts
- Review and manage existing service agreements and contracts
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers, consultants, service team, and national account clients
- Estimate project costs, changes, and submit tenders
- Manage project financials, including billing
- Work with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service teams to meet project and customer requirements
- Be present on job sites when required
- Travel within BC may be required to visit job sites and meet with clients
Requirements:
- Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree, or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate
- 2 years' experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating
- Previous experience with estimating programs, specifically Accubid (Accubid Pro and Change Order), is an asset
- Previous experience managing national accounts is an asset
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Good computer skills, including MS Office, Procore, ZOOM, etc.

Salary Range: $95,000-$120,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and overall match to the position offered.
