About Yuki Sushi

We are a dynamic sushi restaurant looking for a skilled Sushi Chef Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking sushi, as well as managing inventory and supplies.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining food portion sizes and costs, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Food Portion Sizes and Costs: Ensure that food portions are accurate and within budget.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order necessary ingredients and supplies to maintain a fully stocked kitchen.
  • Prepare Complete Meals and Dishes: Cook a variety of sushi dishes to order, including vegetarian and special request options.
  • Maintain Inventory and Records: Keep track of food, supply, and equipment inventory, as well as sales and revenue records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
