Responsabilités
  • Créer et exécuter la stratégie pour les catégories respectives, en association avec la stratégie nationale.
  • Gérer les fournisseurs locaux/régionaux et suivre activement les KPI.
  • Organiser et mettre en œuvre l'ensemble des activités de l'entreprise, y compris la mise en place des systèmes de gestion et de contrôle.
  • Maintenir une connaissance approfondie et continue des catégories de produits respectives et identifier les nouvelles opportunités de produits adaptées aux marchés que nous servons.
  • Analyser les rapports sur les ventes et les marges afin d'identifier les tendances et les écarts d'une année sur l'autre au sein de la catégorie.
  • Identifier les domaines susceptibles d'être améliorés et mettre en œuvre des plans correctifs le cas échéant.
  • Mettre en œuvre des initiatives de réduction des coûts (économies négociées).
  • Évaluer et gérer les risques et les opportunités liés à ces initiatives négociées pour la division.
  • Effectuer des visites régulières dans les succursales afin de mieux comprendre les défis auxquels elles sont confrontées et mettre en place un plan d'action permettant aux succursales de mieux gérer leurs activités.
  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir une communication efficace entre les ventes, le marketing, l'approvisionnement et les groupes opérationnels.
  • Examiner, analyser et soumettre des propositions d'actions en fonction du portfolio de produits.
  • Travailler avec nos fournisseurs partenaires et l'équipe marketing interne pour développer et coordonner des campagnes de sensibilisation promotionnelle.
  • Organiser des réunions et des examens avec les fournisseurs de la division.
  • Assumer d'autres responsabilités en matière de gestion des catégories, selon les besoins.
Qualifications requises
  • Expérience en gestion de catégorie et/ou forte connaissance du marché de la distribution électrique.
  • Connaissance approfondie du marché de la distribution électrique.
  • 3+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle de catégorie similaire.
  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en gestion ou en commerce.
  • Solides compétences en matière d'établissement de relations et de sens des affaires.
  • Capacité à établir une crédibilité et une influence auprès des parties prenantes de l'entreprise.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication.
  • Expérience de la conduite de négociations portant sur des produits et des services.
  • Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à créer des plans de projet et à les exécuter avec discipline.
  • Capacité à voyager selon les besoins et à passer des nuits sur place.
  • Maîtrise de PowerPoint, Word et Excel.
