We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Real Estate Insurance team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and fostering strong relationships with Insurers to deliver competitive terms for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Market business (Strata's/Condos) by negotiating best competitive terms with Insurers.
  • Work with new and existing Insurers to negotiate rates and deductibles.
  • Utilize strong Underwriting Ability to secure in-house contracts for the Strata/Condo Program.
  • Liaise with Client Executives to discuss clients' needs and make recommendations.
  • Assist in developing innovative marketing processes for large portfolio renewals.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, coverage, and market trends.
  • Attend Insurer and Industry functions as required.
  • Follow BFL policies and procedures.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3-5 years industry-related experience.
  • University degree or Professional insurance designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM) preferred.
  • Level 2 License.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in time management.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Customer-focused and sales-oriented.
  • Energetic and flexible.
  • Ability to work well and independently.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
