Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Customer Service Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Canada Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, including displaying products and maintaining store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
