This role is crucial in ensuring that the company's workers compensation claims are handled efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve workers compensation claims management processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claims management
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal claims management
- Provide training and support to employees on workers compensation claims management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations
