About This Opportunity

The Workers Compensation Claims Manager is responsible for the improvement, coordination and oversight of the company's workers compensation claims management programs, including Return to Work and Claims Management. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company's workers compensation claims are handled efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workers compensation claims management processes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claims management
  • Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal claims management
  • Provide training and support to employees on workers compensation claims management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
