Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Driller to join our team at Precision Drilling Canada Limited Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for drilling and servicing oil and gas wells, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and maintaining accurate records of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct rig crew in setting up rigs and drilling, completing or servicing oil and gas exploration and producing wells
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed, including regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of drilling and servicing operations, including logs and reports
  • Operate controls of drill or service rig drilling and hoisting machinery
  • Train or arrange for training of crew members
Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Well Service Blowout Prevention Certificate
  • Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors, and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
