Residential Caregiver

Estimated Salary: $25-$35 per hour (dependent on location)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Residential Caregiver/Home Health Aide to join our team. As a key member of our caregiving staff, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Daily Living Assistance: Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized living environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning
• Companionship: Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in conversation, and encouraging socialization

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-6 months of experience in caregiving or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing
