As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative elements of the brand, from content creation to event design, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the essence of our mission: healing, transformation and community connection.

You will lead all social media platforms, email marketing campaigns and digital content creation, developing engaging and impactful content that resonates with our community and drives growth. Your role will involve planning and executing an annual calendar of creative projects, seasonal campaigns and events, highlighting unique opportunities for collaboration and brand expansion.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work collaboratively with a team while driving initiatives independently, leveraging your expertise in design software, video editing tools and content management platforms. You will also foster and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers and strategic partners, managing PR efforts and collaborating with like-minded brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership & Vision: Oversee all creative initiatives from start to finish, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Strategy: Lead all social media platforms, email marketing campaigns and digital content creation.
  • Annual Creative Calendar & Campaigns: Plan and execute an annual calendar of creative projects, seasonal campaigns and events.
  • Event Coordination & Experience Design: Curate and design immersive events, workshops and experiences that align with our brand's mission and inspire our community.
  • PR & Collaborations: Foster and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers and strategic partners.
