Kitchen Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Coordinator to join our team at Millennium L'Hermitage Hotel Corp.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have completed secondary (high) school and have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Job Description- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
- Manage kitchen operations.
- Answer customers' questions regarding menu items and preparation methods.
- Deliver goods to customers.
- Short order cooking and food preparation.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $55,000 CAD. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
