About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Platform Engineering team at TV2 Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in accelerating our transformation into a cloud-native application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to prioritize deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with product owners to define technical requirements and deliverables for each scrum team.
  • Provide feedback during the backlog grooming process to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Develop technical architecture documentation and define technical requirements to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Lead and direct scrum teams to ensure provided deliverables meet architecture and design requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to ensure security and quality are prioritized.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a software architect.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an agile-based software development environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with issue and bug tracking products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize team needs over individual needs.
  • Ability to adapt to change and find ways to advance work and projects.
  • Organized and logical approach to solving complex problems, with a focus on root cause analysis and proposing multiple solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for architecting technical solutions and developing unambiguous technical requirements.
  • Passion for ensuring high-quality agile processes are followed and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to work onsite in Montreal, Canada up to 3 days a week.
  • Normal 37.5 hour work week, Monday to Friday.
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year.
