About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Pastry Design Specialist to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and decorating a variety of sweet treats, including cakes, pastries, and cookies.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to a high standard of quality.
  • Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.


Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work at heights (if required).
