- Service Centre Operations: Review and implement Service Centre policies and procedures to improve the customer experience through high-quality service and rapport building.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a long-term strategy and action plan to attract and retain customers.
- Coaching and Development: Coach team members to provide excellent customer service and develop their skills to meet business objectives.
- Team Performance: Recruit, develop, motivate, recognize, and hold accountable an Auto Service team that meets established objectives and targets for sales and profitability.
- Sales and Profitability: Improve sales and profitability for the Service Centre.
- Complaint Resolution: Effectively resolve customer and employee complaints and concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies.
- Financial Management: Monitor the operating budget by tracking sales and expenses.
- Service Safety and Security: Promote service safety and security procedures.
- Education: Grade Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Minimum years of experience in the automotive service industry and minimum years of management experience in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, ability to adapt to a changing environment, meet deadlines, strong computer and leadership skills, valid Ontario G Driver's License, clean Driver's Abstract, and Automotive Technician's License is an asset.
- Personal Qualities: Good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure, willingness to be flexible with work schedule.
