Cloud Solutions Manager

$83,602.12 - $95,237.69 annually which includes a 9.9% Temporary Market Adjustment*

The IT Operations team is a diverse group of 10 professionals, including analysts, advisors and managers. Our team focuses on driving innovation and enhancing our division with modern tools, applications and collaborative services. We value our team members' perspectives and backgrounds, which helps us support and improve our division.

In this role, you will manage the province's access to Cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently for the Real Property Division. Your work will benefit citizens by making services more reliable and easier to use. You will be able to work on many different projects to help find solutions that improve business decisions and outcomes.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 2 years *related experience; or
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 3 years *related experience; or
  • Certification from a recognized institution in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 4 years *related experience; or
  • A combination of directly related education and experience may be considered.

Related Experience:

  • Cloud-based software subscription management related experience includes tracking & monitoring enterprise licensing arrangements for large organizations.
  • Experience providing expertise, guidance, and assistance in configuring and administering JIRA and Confluence Cloud instances, including issue management, and implications to staff/professionals.
  • Experience building and maintaining positive client relationships and working partnerships with client teams, vendors, and cross organizational business units.
  • Experience performing business analysis in a complex technology environment to support system application changes or improvements relating to corporate information technology projects.
  • Experience developing IT related guidelines, policies, procedures and processes.
  • Experience with IT contracts and experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions.
  • Experience working with various software vendors and vendor licensing models.
