Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Supervisors to join our team in Operations, Production, and Retail. As a Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in driving business results and developing your team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Managing store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance
- Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
