About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at 2285546 Alberta Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns.
  • Accounting Tasks: Prepare trial balance of books.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, accurate, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
