We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Insurance Agent Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the inbound call center in selling accident and sickness (travel) insurance to new and existing clients. You will provide information to customers in response to inquiries regarding products and services, converting a high percentage of calls into sales. Your duties will also include determining client insurance coverage, calculating premiums, and establishing method of payment.

Requirements:

- High School diploma
- Previous Insurance Industry experience
- Prior customer service experience

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual French/English preferred)

- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Friendly, compassionate demeanor with excellent adaptability during change
- Proficient in computer literacy, including typing and internet navigation
- Effective multitasking skills
- A&S or LLQP license (an asset)
