Job Description

This role is a key part of our civil engineering discipline, which focuses on delivering sustainable and innovative solutions for roads and highways projects.

As a Discipline Leader, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and project management oversight in municipal roads and highways engineering disciplines.

You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to Civil Engineering. This role involves project management, technical expertise, collaboration with various stakeholders, and achieving high-quality and efficient outcomes.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Leveraging industry trends and innovations to improve our services and offerings.
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.
  • COLLABORATING WITH OTHER DISCIPLINE LEADERS TO ENSURE SMOOTH INTEGRATION OF CIVIL COMPONENTS WITHIN LARGER PROJECTS.
